Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Our shipping policy ensures swift and reliable delivery of our premium food products. We offer nationwide shipping within India with standard delivery times of 4-10 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, ensuring a transparent and fair pricing structure. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience for our premium products.

We regret to inform you that perishable food products cannot be returned due to the following reasons:

* Personal Taste Preferences: Due to the diverse range of personal taste preferences, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that may not align with individual preferences.

* Limited Shelf Life: Our products, being fresh and free of preservatives, have a shorter shelf life compared to those in the open market. Consequently, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges based on shelf life considerations. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please ensure that all items received match your order. If you receive an INCORRECT item, DO NOT OPEN IT.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There might be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If issues persist, contact your bank.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sunsterventures@gmail.com.

Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. If 24 hours have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
